Challenge
We were approached by a leading national university to create the 2018 campaign for the Creative Faculties, involving over 1300 students across 23 courses from Architecture and Fine Art to Fashion, Theatre and Film. A strong focus was on placed on creating a connected and creative atmosphere that joined up the multiple venues across their city centre campus. The event also coincided with their 175th Anniversary so consideration was needed for this milestone.

Solution
We explored the idea that graduating is only the beginning of a students career, the start of their journey as a creative practitioner — the Outset. Combining this concept with a heavy type driven graphic style to create maximum impact we were able to create instant recognition on campus through a variety of way-finding and printed documents whilst linking this to digital media on screens, social media and email campaigns. Although successfully awarded this project, the final route shown is concept work and a variation of this design was delivered in collaboration with the clients in-house team.
